Cesc Fabregas:Doubters were wrong to write us off
30 January 2010
Cesc has signed for the Sun to be one of their new columnists.Cesc spoke to the Sun about the Arsenal doubters, stating that doubters were wrong to write Arsenal off.
“They had already written us off, even before the season had really started. But we didn’t care. We knew we had to react. We haven’t lost in the league since [the Chelsea loss], so it has been a very positive reaction.”
“What’s the point of being happy now? It’s better to be happy when you have won something. Now we will see the real Arsenal because the next three games – against United, Chelsea and Liverpool – are really so important. We definitely know we can beat anyone if we are at our best.”
Cesc also said that he wanted to beat Manchester United the most out of all the Premier League teams teams:
“I want to beat Man U more than anyone else.Manchester United surpasses all the other matches for me.As a player it is the one game I really look forward to playing in every season.
“Chelsea is really good, Liverpool too and Tottenham is special, particularly for the fans who get really excited. But if you have to pick one game from 38 then playing against Man U is the game. For me it is definitely the most special game to play in the Premier League.”
What is the game that you look most forward to in the premier league?
