World Cup 2010 Qualifier – Spain 5 Belgium 0
Spain continued their winning streak yesterday after thrashing Belgium five goals to nil. Thus making seven wins out of seven in Group Five.
Spain have yet to qualify for the World Cup, but they are sure to do so asthey are now six point clear at the top of their group with only three games to go.
Valencia duo David Villa and David Silva both netted braces in the win, while Gerard Pique added the other. Villa also missed a first-half penalty when the game was goaless.
Cesc started the game on the bench, but then came on after 70 minutes in place of Xavi. He played his part in the game by having an effort saved by Belguim keeper Gillet but then provided an assist for David Villa’s second goal.
An impressive performance from the Spanish. Poor Belgium and Thomas Vermaelen. Hope Cesc doesnt give him too much grief when they get back to London.
I have put some pictures of Cesc celebrating his assist with Villa in the latest photos gallery.

Did Cesc score a goal in the match? Cuz Bulgaria’s media say that he scored the fifth goal vs Belgium, they even posted an interview with him, in it Cesc says that he doesn’t think about scoring, but he is always happy when he score…
I’ve looked in 5 different international sites about football and the statistics are awlays diffirent:
Villa x2 Silva x2 Pique x1
Villa x2 Silva x2 Cesc x1
?!?!?

Belinda- Yes. He has an offical facebook: http://www.facebook.com/people/Cesc-Fabregas-Soler/1552280222.. As far as I’m aware, his uncle runs it for him, but Cesc probably goes on their occassionally. He does have an email address. He has in the past mentioned talking to Alonso via msn.I don’t think he has an official one which he gives out to the public though.
