Cesc: Injury Scared Me, But It’s Nothing Serious

As suspected, Cesc has stated that the head injury he picked up during Spain’s friendly against Azerbaijan was not serious.

“It was a scare… a good scare. But the important thing is that it’s nothing more than a minor incident,” he told reporters during the post-match press conference.

“I was frightened upon seeing the blood pouring down after taking the knock, but after the medics stitched me up, I could have continued playing. But seeing that this was only a friendly, and I was still a little dizzy, we thought we better not push it.”

Cesc also spoke about the game, stating he felt it was a very positive game and expressed his excitement about the Confederates Cup.

He states “We want to return to Spain with a trophy in our hands for a second consecutive year. We want to give joy to the fans and we feel that we have a good enough team to win it,” Here’s a link to the full article

    Lol. Someone- you’re not planning to stalk them are you? ^^

    I don’t know where they live. I know that cesc lives somewhere near the m25…but then again the m25 is huge. He moved into a new flat a while ago though.

    An article in the news of the world talked about him moving. You can see the article here. They also put up pictures of his new flat, but they have taken those pics down.
