Pictures of Cesc at the Arsenal Charity Ball

Arsenal held a fundraiser at their Annual Charity Ball yesterday.They were raising money for their charity of the season, Teenage Cancer Trust. Altogether, the Ball raised over £200,000 for the Charity. A guest bid £6000 to get a free kick lesson from Cesc and the opportunity to play against Theo Walcott in a Playstation Tournament. Cesc on Barcelona & Henry


Cesc spoke to ONA FM yesterday(source) about Barcelona and Thierry Henry.He said:
“Which player would not like to play for a team like that at the moment?They are probably the best team that I have seen play in history and I have a lot friends there who are always telling me great things.

Of course, you feel envy in a healthy way because of the way they play football. Everyone’s dream would be to play in a team like this.”

Cesc then went on to talk about Henry and he said:

“I spoke to him yesterday and that was the only thing that he was missing. He was delighted.He had a difficult year adapting and this year he came into his own. Guardiola showed faith in him.

Now Henry has everything and I do not know if there are many players that can equal his honours list.”

Cesc: Iniesta is one of the top three players

The Champions League final tonight has had much press lately, and Cesc has been speaking to the Daily Star about it-particularly about Iniesta. Here is what he had to say:

“Andres is a very good friend of mine – and for me he is one of the top three players in the world right now.

“If you see him play week in, week out, you will notice that he has a special talent – he is a good passer of the ball and has good vision but, at the same time, he’s been much stronger physically this season.

“He has more speed now, running with the ball and having a go at opponents. He’s a complete midfielder and I’m really happy for him because he’s a quiet guy and never wants fame for himself, so he deserves his success.”

Cesc also said that for him “United have the perfect defence.”

    I`m agree with Kate ! but I wasn`t happy for Barca ! Because now Laporta wants Cesc to be with european champions & I can`t imagine Arsenal without Francesc !

    barcelona deserved to win , they were great and man utd played really bad , they were nothing but shades after the first 20 minutes . i was happy to see them sad . i hope evra can shut up now and leave classy cesc alone .
    guys , i found this great website – fan site – for robin van persie – who obviously wont sign a contract this summer – with great photos . they have a pic for the 1st 11 in suits . they look sooooooooooooooooo amazing , especially cesc and robin :) so hot :)

    MAN UTD DEFEATED BY BARCELONA HAHAHAH SERVES THEM RIGHT!

    it’s really rare for them to lose a final, but then again, the better team won. :D

    Iniesta was sensational last night. Xavi too. Definitely the best midfielders in the world in my eyes.Phenomenal. They were just everywhere. And both their passing rates was over 90% The game really was like a team of men against boys……

    I’m so happy that Henry has managed to add a Champions League medal to his collection. That’s topped everything off. He has won virtually eveything you could.

    Emma- Hleb was not in the barca team yesterday, and neither was he a sub. But he was there and did collect a medal.

    Congrats to Kieran Gibbs for being called up in the u21 england squad. Theo too.

    last night was the best ever . i enjoyed watching barca kicking man utd players *** . watching man utd players while they r angry was the best scene ever and now lok who had a fight last night and got kicked and then cryiong ? it’s EVRA lol . hope he enjoyed the kicking last night because he looked helpless .

    Cesc always praise his team mates,agree with him that Iniesta is very good.

    As for Evra…served him right…….lost 2-0 to Barca…and all the yellow cards goes to Man U.so now who is kicking who.
