Adebayor:It is an honour to play with Cesc

Adebayor spoke to Marca and he mentioned Cesc in his comments (source):
“It’s difficult to imagine an Arsenal without Cesc.At his age he is already the most loved at the club, he is a model on and off the pitch and we are happy to have him with us.
For me it is an honour to play with him-he has quality, personality, he has made Arsenal and Arsenal have made him.
“I think he is happy here, he feels at home. I think he will stay for several years more, he is loved, he has everything here, I believe he will continue but it is (his) decision.
Evra on Cesc
There isn’t much news about Cesc today, apart from the comments from Evra. Evra believes Cesc was trying to injure him in the Arsenal v Man united match last week, and he seems to be holding a grudge.
These were the comments he made yesterday :
“He kicks me despite the fact that we are due to play the Champions League final on May 27. If we were to meet off the pitch, I know that I could go wild.This aggressive football does not resemble Arsenal’s style.â€
And here are some more comments he made that emerged today:
“I was very disappointed.If you fancy giving knocks, then you do boxing, not football.But we will meet each other off the pitch. And this time there won’t be any referee to give a red card.â€
Erm. Rather than making comments like this and creating controversy, I suggest he focuses on the match he has tomorrow.
Arsenal 4- 1 Stoke
The last game of the season saw a comfortable win for Arsenal. The first goal was an own goal after Cesc’s cross was turned into the net by Beattie. Robin then converted a penalty to take the score to 2-0. Soon after, Diaby also managed to get himself on the scoresheet .Stoke were awarded a penalty after a player was brought down in the box by Denilson bringing the score to 3-1. But,Van Persie finished off with a fantastic volley. Full match report here.

Cesc’s charges are cleared by the FA
The FA posted the following on their site:
The FA can confirm that, at a Regulatory Commission hearing, two charges of improper conduct against Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas were found not proved.
The charges related to Fabregas’s conduct following the FA Cup match between Arsenal and Hull at the Emirates Stadium on 17 March.
One charge concerned his conduct after coming onto the pitch following the final whistle. The second charge related to an allegation of spitting.
I’m glad he wasn’t charged and that this is all over.It has dragged on for too long.

how can evra say that cesc is a dirty player. he is one of the cleanst players i’ve seen and only fols other players when needed. it’s a discrace what evra said. (anyway who wouldn’t want to hurt man u players)
Serves Evra right for calling Arsenal babies and that they were taught a lesson by ManUre after the Champions League game at the Emirates.
One loss out of 23 games. I think we had really improved. And the others have better watch out for Arsenal next season!
Cesc will know better rather than kicking people…surely he donnt want to injured himself or getting red card n missing games…

As for Evra..he is the one that need growing….baby kick is nothing unless you are a baby yourself.the way he talk showed that he is more of a streetfighter rather than footballer.
His comments recently- the ones about Cesc and Arsenal have started to get on my nerves.He has been fixating on Arsenal too much over the last week or so.Casey,I really do hope Henry runs circles around him. That would be great to watch.
SApida. Lol. That might be a good idea actually, to get him a publicist. This year has really not been his year when it comes to the press.I agree. This year hasn’t been awful. We got throught to the semi finals of the CL, the semi’s of the FA cup, so it has been quite a good year.
Poor Cecs, he’s gotten so much bad press this year. Maybe he should consider a publicist. United make them self out to be so tough, how hard can Cesc possibly have kicked him? He’s a defender, his position is vary physical. And some people criticize him for being “lightweight”
As an Arsenal fan I survive on hope. We’ll do better next year and this year wasn’t as bad as the papers were making it out to be. Some new signings will freshen things up. I stand corrected on Arshavin, I don’t thinks he was going to work out so well.

I’m sure Cesc will play some role in the Confederation’s cup. He’s bound to come on at least as a sub. I hope he gets into the first team too. But woah do Spain have a heck of a lot of talented midfielders.It will be difficult, but I’m sure Cesc will eventually push his way into the first team.

Cesc always do his best….n better after he become captain esp after he comes back from injury.

It wasn´t a good season for the team and of course for Cesc. Anyway he will be fantatic next season! I know that.
