He already did TA. A lot of people called him ‘names’ at the time because his words were spun to make it sound like he was attacking the team and Wenger when he wasn’t, but he already told everyone the truth. Only no one seems to remember that now.

Read his interview from 4-4-2 from pre-season there is a link to a scan of it up on the main page. He talks about squad depth, experienced players who know how to get a result etc. Before the transfer window closed he said clearly to the media that he wanted Alonso. So he asked publicly on the record for a partner to be bought in. In October he said, the team was sturdy but less skillful and that they were young and inexperienced in midfield and would struggle. He also said his form early last season was down to Hleb, Flamini and Rosicky. All on the record.

I know it can’t happen but I would like to know what Cesc really thinks right now. Does he feel he is a bit out of form? Is he having trouble with a part of his game? Is he finding it really frustrating? Is he aware of having to cover for others? Is he trying to be in two places at once because of concerns he has about our defence? Is the attempt to track back and attack compromising his effectiveness? Is he covering more ground than ever before? Is he tired? Is he being marked out of games?

So many people who really don’t know what they are talking about are talking about what is supposedly up with Cesc and these are just some of the things being said. I just wish he was in a position to be candid about what is going on as he will know better than anyone but of course, if the problems are with the team etc he can’t say, so I guess we’ll never know what he really thinks.
