Cesc celebrates

Cesc Fabregas debutFive years ago today, Cesc Fabregas debuted for Arsenal in the third round of the Carling cup match against Rotherham United, which Arsenal won on penalties. He was Arsenal’s youngest ever first team player, aged just 16 years and 177 days. Gael Clichy also made his Arsenal debut that night. We’ve added 10 more pictures from this special occasion to the photos section

We’ve also finished making a clip of Cesc celebrating some of his and his team-mates goals! Lots of great moments and great dancing too :mrgreen: below the cut

    hi scs99 :D The song was an old old old kiwi song called ‘counting the beat’ by the swingers. It’s a real kiwi anthem it gets wheeled out at every party for people to dance really really badly too lol

    C’mon Rosie you gotta have a little trash talk when it’s the derby!! That’s the whole idea! Cos those spuds they play bad, they look ugly and their mothers dress them funny!! lol

    hi George :) Yes I saw that. I wonder if he did an interview with Loaded magazine? I have told Sam to look for the interview, you can look for it too George if you like – as Loaded is a ‘mens magazine’

    Also on the whole Arsenal ladies could get a point thing… yeah I’m not a huge fan of trash talk. Let’s just go and beat them. That will do me. We all know what the score was last time, Carling Cup or not. Let’s just do our real talking where it counts tonight!

    Mila :) Cesc has basically scored two goals this season not bad going. It’s just against Sunderland at least their was no time for celebrating.

    I can’t believe it’s been 5 years. It feels like only yesterday that Cesc was just coming into the team! He’s grown into something very special – I think everyone hoped – but no one really knew – he would turn out to be this good.

    My favorite bit is right after that at 1:24 with Cesc and Kolo so cute they both have such huge grins :D

    Hi mila :D the robot dance with kolo, manu and gilberto is one of my favorite celebrations. I hope Cesc will have reason to do some more dancing soon!
